Public USHE R5 reports systemwide CE attainment (77%). District-level CE participation is not in public extracts today. We have drafted a UDRC request for aggregate Table B — pending partnership approval.

What we requested (Table B)
Aggregate concurrent-enrollment-to-degree tables keyed to Utah school district codes joinable to Stanford SEDA district IDs — extending Part 1 without record-level student data.
Interim public context (SEDA districts)
Until district CE rates are available, counselors can pair USHE systemwide R5 figures with SEDA achievement and FRPL by district — without implying which students take CE.
