Pathways and Outcomes is an independent research organization. Reader donations will help fund research and data briefs, with no expectation of influence over our findings.
Today we use AI tools to help draft content from verified public data, with human editing before publication. Donations help us hire writers and journalists and move beyond that temporary workflow. See our About page and Funding transparency policy.
Pathways and Outcomes is not currently a registered nonprofit. We are working toward Utah incorporation and federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status in 2026. Donations are not tax-deductible until we receive IRS approval.

Pathways and Outcomes respects your privacy. This site does not require accounts or paywalls. We collect minimal information necessary to operate our newsletter and respond to inquiries.

When you subscribe to research updates, we collect your email address to send publications and announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time.
ANALYTICS
When enabled, we use Plausible Analytics (cookieless, no personal data sold). Analytics load only after you set PO_PLAUSIBLE_DOMAIN in site configuration. We do not sell personal data.
DONATIONS
When donation processing is available, payment information will be handled by a third-party processor. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
